World Malaria Day 2024 in Islamabad underscored ongoing investment and political dedication to combat malaria. Dr Razia Fatima, National Coordinator CMU, gave her opening remarks highlighting the efforts of CMU and its partners in the fight against Malaria. Special Secretary, Mr Waqar Ul Hassan graced the occasion with the WHO Representative, Dr Luo Dapeng, and Dr Shehzad Ali Khan, Vice Chancellor HSA. Moreover, prizes for the poster competition conducted in Fatima Jinnah Women University and Fazaia Medical College were given out to the winners.
